97 powerstroke choppy idle on startup after zf5 swap

Hey I just recently did the e4od to zf5 swap and ever since then every time I start the truck I have a really choppy idle from about 400-800 rpms I can rev it up for a couple of secs and it goes away and won't do it again until I shut it off and restart it? All new glow plugs, GPR, valve cover gaskets and uvch oil change and newer fuel filter please help

I'm having the same freaking problem. New glow plugs, GPR, valve cover gaskets, oil change, newer filter, new camshaft position sensor from the dealership, new map sensor from dealership, cleaned EBPV tube and sensor, made sure HPOP was topped off, I don't know what else to do. IPS seems to check out okay. Going to clean out the fuel pressure regulator screen tomorrow then my final option will be to check the fuel pressure regulator sensor (FPR and IPS seems to point to this problem but I don't know)
