7.3 won't start, no oil preasure

 This 94 hasn't been run in two yrs. Had a buddy run the inj. system elec. test and it all checked out. The oil level is full, but not making preasure. Batterys full and being charged while testing. I even filled the inj. oil tank. got nay ideas?

Places to start would be to check the basics.  While cranking does the oil pressure guage on the dash move?  The guage reads from a sensor in the high pressure resivoir.  This will give you base oil pressure.  The high pressure pump is fed from the low pressure pump.  Is the oil clean?  not run for 2 years thats a long time.  Is there fuel pressure?  Is there fuel in the fuel bowl?  If there is base oil pressure check you ICP reading.  Need at least 500 psi to start.  If ICP reading is low you will need to check the high pressure oil pump.  check that the gear is turning, installing test adpters and dead heading the pump.  If the high pressure pump checks out, maybe there is larger system leak due to an injector oring or a IPR valve gummed up.

try the high volume oil pump, its on back of the motor
