7.3 no start

The other day I started my 02 excursion to let it warm up and it stalled. It wouldn't start back up so I was checking the battery and it seams ok checked the fuel filter and changed it. I checked and there is fuel pumping and now I'm out of ideas and my oil level was good

Not enough info.  Possiblity it is your crankshaft sensor.  If this sensor is going bad you can start in the cold but when it starts to get warm it fails.  Then you have to sit for 10-15 minutes, let the temperature of the sensor even-out then it should go again.  On my 95 this sensor went right after the water pump in 04'.

If it doesn't start there should be no smoke if it is the sensor.  Because this sensor tells the injectors when to fire.

If you messed around in the engine valley you may have un locked the plug on the back of the IPR sensor.  This plug will fall off- if it is not locked on.  It is very hard to get at, looking at the engine it is on the right side of engine valley way, way,way down right in front of the fuel bowl.
