7.3 liter powerstroke changed high pressure line and wont prime

i blew a high pressure oil line, i have changed it and couldnt get it to start. i changed the hpop and have been through numerous starters and one battery! i have over 1000 psi to the ipr and 500 psi and 17% on koeo at the icp, exactly what it is supposed to be. i have fuel to the seperator. it will not start. i have not done an injector sequence test yet. my rpm gauge does not register but it is turning over rapidly. IT will not even smoke there is no fuel to the cyliders. why would there be a problem with fuel if it blew an oil line???? there has to be a way to reset the system but nothing is working. HELP!!!!!!

Hello,  Truck needs 500 psi minium of high pressure oil to start.  When you changed the high pressure oil pump did you prime its resivior?  A small plug on top can be removed or remove the oil pressure sensor and fill it with oil.  On a side note if you lost alot of oil when you blew the high pressure oil line your oil could have pockets of air in it.  Make sure you oil is full and when it does start you will have to drive it hard to purge the air out of the system.  If there is no smoke when cranking and your tach guage does not move, I would suspect that the PCM is not seeing any RPM from the engine.  This is the cause of a a bad CMP sensor.  It is located on the front of the engine above the dampener.  A 10 mm bolt holds the sensor in place.  The PCM needs to see an RPM signal so it knows when to fire the injectors.  The sensor reads a toner wheel that is bolted to the front of the camshaft that has different windows machined into it.  With no tach signal and no smoke when cranking this is a good place to start.     JIM

I'm new to diesels. How does the high pressure oil pump play a role along with the fuel system ?

i have a 2002 ford f350. the pressure regulator on the back of the injector pump started to leak out oil so i went to ford and got thenew o rings and pump gasket to reseal the system. i removed the pump and resealed the regulator and re installed them in the truck. but now i cant get it to fire back up. i primed the fuel injectors, and the pump as well and still no luck. any tips on this would be great

I replaced the high pressure oil hoses, blead out the high pressure reserve and truck still doesn't run right. I am stumped at whatelse could be wrong. Any help of why it would run poorly would help me alot

My '02 F350 diesel won't start unless the oil temperature is above 70deg. F.
