1992 Ford f350 no Crank no start

I have a 1992 Ford F-350 7.3 diesel. No Crank no start. I already changed out the starter solenoid , got a new starter. Motor moves freely. The only thing I haven't done is check the the voltage to the starter. I'm running out of options to figure out the problem. Can anyone give me some options to figure it out. Thanks
