This warranty is extended to you, the Garrett Auto & Truck Service customer, and not to someone who may purchase your automobile or truck during the term of warranty.
What is Warranted and for how long?
Garrett Auto & Truck Service warrantees the repairs and service performed at this shop will be free from defects in
materials or workmanship for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, if the repaired vehicle is subjected only to normal or commercial use and service. This applies only to the parts Garrett Auto & Truck Service installs and the labor to install said parts. If you experience a problem with the repaired vehicle as the result of a defect in either workmanship or materials during this period, Garrett Auto & Truck Service will: Perform the work again at no cost
Or at Garrett Auto & Truck Service option, if the repairs are not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, refund the original cost of repairs. What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, or neglect, accident, alteration or "tampering with". Garrett Auto & Truck Service employees and/or agents do not have authority to make promises in addition to those contained in this warranty.
This warranty does not cover engines or transmissions. Remanufactured engines or transmissions have a sepaerate manufactures warranty, (which may supercede this warranty). Rebuilt transmissions also have a seperate manufactures warranty, (which may be shorter). This warranty does not cover labor on clutches (parts are covered). Labor is covered for the first 90 days or 4,000 miles whichever occurs first. This warranty does not cover "used parts" or labor to install said parts.
This warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages (additional expenses which you may incur as the result of faulty repair or service).
Your obligation under this warranty
You must keep a copy of your repair order and present it when seeking service under warranty . You Must Pay for Non-Warranty service repairs (labor and parts) performed at the same time warranty service is performed.
