Kevin and Steve are good people. Kevin had my business right from the start. Another establishment had indicated that my car needed new calipers, which I purchased and wanted Garrett's to install. Kevin could have installed them as requested; instead he let me know that the calipers where not needed and to return them to the parts store. Their recommendations have consistently been on the conservative side--no all out overhauls just to change a bulb. They may be cost a bit more cheese (just a tiny bit); but these folks stand behind their work. I will be using their auto brokeraging service as well.

I took my 2006 Ford F250 to the Ford Dealer for a ticking noise. I was quoted $4200 for new cylinder heads. My exhaust manifold studs were broken. I was told by the dealer that the studs were steel, and the heads were aluminum and could not be removed without ruining the cylinder heads. I did a search on Google and found Garrett Auto & Truck. I called and talked to Kevin Brown, one of the owners. Kevin explained to me that Garretts works on a lot of plow trucks with this problem, and he explained to me that it could be repaired and for around $1200.00, and he would put copper studs in, so I would not have this problem again. I took my truck to them, and two days later it was repaired, and the bill was a $100.00 less then quoted. I recommend these guys. They know what's up.
