This crane was a trade in on a replacement unit that we supplied to a large paper mill in northern Wisconsin.  It had been on the lower level of a coal-fired power station for 10+ years and was ugly, tired & outdated. We stripped it, repaired/rebuilt the brakes, tested the engine compression and oil pressure, Removed both main hydraulic pumps for rebuild/reseal, Rewired the lights as needed, Installed a new customade Anti Two-Block warning system, Replaced any hydraulic components as necessary, Repainted the unit with DuPont Imron enamel, Changed all filters & fluids, Flushed the cooling system & hydraulic sytems, lubed the bushings & Applied new decals. Now, she looks and operates just like she should. Ready for another 10 years of hard labor.
